Our silk products are intricately crafted using the 22 Momme 100% Mulberry Silk (6A, the highest possible grading).

Silk minimizes friction and alleviates hair breakage, frizzes and tangles.

Lisse products are toxic-free and will arrive clean and ready to use.
However, we do recommend that you wash it before using as you may be more accustomed to your own detergent smell.

Yes, we work very closely with our suppliers to ensure that they meet the very stringent international Oeko-Tex® Standard 100.

Lisse is spun, woven and sewn in China in an ethically certified factory (Oeko-Tex®).

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after payment is made.

Estimated delivery lead times are as follows:
West Malaysia: 3 - 5 working days
Sabah/Sarawak: 5 - 7 working days

During peak seasons, minor delays in order processing may be experienced. However, we will do our best to process your orders as soon as possible.

West Malaysia - RM8

*Shipping is free for order above RM120 (West Malaysia) & RM150 (East Malaysia).

Once your shipment has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. 
You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier company's website.

If you think the item(s) you received may be defective, please send an email to hello@lisse.my detailing your full name, order number and attach a picture within 7 days of receipt for a refund/replacement.

The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with its original tags intact, and in the same condition and original packaging the item was received.

Items failing to meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. If approved, the full amount will be credited to your original method of payment as soon as possible. If you have opted for exchange, the exchange item will be shipped out and we will notify you with the new tracking information at the soonest.
